GTCW officers will be visiting your institution on the following day(s). You will receive a presentation about all aspects of gaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and working as a qualified teacher thereafter.
Following the presentation(s) our staff will be available for you to see in order to complete and submit the necessary application forms and registration fee. These visits are arranged to help you fully understand the requirements for working in Wales and it is, therefore, imperative that you attend the session planned for you.

INTENDING TO WORK IN WALES? YOU MUST REGISTER WITH GTCW
APPLICATION PACKS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM GTCW OFFICERS ON THE DAY OF OUR VISIT
You will need to bring with you:-
- three forms of original identification (e.g. passport, driving licence, birth certificate, utility bill) One form must confirm your current address and one form must confirm your date of birth. Any utility bill or bank/ credit card statement cannot be more than 3 months old.
- the details of your passport and driving licence if held
- your National Insurance Number
- the £45 registration application fee (debit card or cheque)
Failure to provide this information will result in your application being rejected.
